MENTAL HEALTH

Mental health refers to a person's overall psychological and emotional well-being. It encompasses a wide range of factors, including how individuals feel about themselves, how they cope with stress and challenges, how they relate to others, and how they handle their emotions.

Good mental health allows individuals to function effectively in their daily lives, to form positive relationships, to work productively, and to make meaningful contributions to their communities.
